Brunch with Stella Rosa

This week I was invited to a fantastic brunch with Stella Rosa at the San Antonio winery in Downtown LA.  Every single detail of the tour and pairing menu was spectacularly executed and kept me in a pretty, pink Stella haze for days to follow.  My morning at the winery began with a mimosa bar, followed by a tour of the wine-making and bottling facilities and ended up with a mouth-watering meal and wine tasting.  I was absolutely tickled to see that my ‘place card’ was a bottle of Stella Rosa Black with a sketch drawn from one of my Santa Barbara outfit posts!

The San Antonio Winery, the last remaining winery in Downtown Los Angeles and home to Stella Rosa, is a hidden gem and historical landmark operating in the same community where it was founded over 98 years ago.  Owned and operated by four generations of the Riboli Family since its founding, the original San Antonio Winery in Los Angeles still sits on the same plot of land where the winery was first built in 1917.  San Antonio Winery is a great place to visit for wine tasting, tours and a trattoria-style meal at the Maddalena restaurant.  You can learn more about Stella Rosa wines at: stellarosawines.com
