Last night I had the pleasure of hosting a small group of LA style influencers for an evening of Fall fun at Rolling Greens Nursery. Rolling Greens in Los Angeles is the most distinctive home and garden destination offering unique decor items, statuary, live plants and containers plus unique one-of-a-kind gift items, pottery and gardening accessories all in one vintage-chic indoor/outdoor space. Last night we celebrated the season with Prosecco, small bites, lots of spooky Halloween decor plus a special DIY planting project at the Arrangement Bar.
I had so much fun wandering through the different areas of Rolling Greens Los Angeles and was especially inspired by the kitchen area and spectacular ‘Tea Sunburst’ – a display of 3,000 tea bags which are painted and held together by string and staples.
The Rolling Greens Arrangement Bar offers a great alternative to the usual flower arrangement. Guests are able to work with one of the baristas to create a one-of-a-kind planted arrangement and choose from a variety of ferns, succulents, orchids, azaleas and begonias and add decorative accents with recycled glass, lava rock, driftwood and river stones. I loved rolling up my sleeves and getting my hands in the dirt to create my own succulent arrangement!
Over the next few weeks Rolling Greens Los Angeles will be transformed in to a Winter Wonderland! I left last night’s event even more inspired and excited to start decorating my outdoor space at the new house when it’s finally finished (fingers crossed = in the next few weeks!).
