And just like that…. it feels like Fall! The weather has been so changeable here in LA this past week; most mornings look and feel like San Francisco and by the afternoon it feels like LA. Basically, foggy and gloomy and then hot and sunny! I’m not complaining too much because it’s really the best of both worlds. I’ve been wearing my sweaters in the morning and then enjoying the last days of summer clothes in the afternoon.
This is my second pair of Steven by Steve Madden shoes this season and I’m loving the comfort and ease of these snazzy mules. My jeans are a favorite old pair from DSTLD that I’ve had for a while and hadn’t been wearing because the length wasn’t quite right so I decided to chop off about 2 inches and now I love them and they’re getting a lot more wear.
This is one of the outfits that I was planning on bringing to NY with me next week for NYFW but the weather reports look like I won’t need sweaters so I need to rethink my packing and bring more lightweight pieces with me… NYC weather is always so changeable this time of year – and I’ll never get used to warm-weather rain – I’ve noticed that the beginning of September Fashion Week always starts out feeling like Summer and then by the last couple of days it starts feeling like Fall. I’m definitely packing these DSTLD jeans and those new Jeffrey Campbell boots that I posted last week…
