Champagne cocktails are always a good idea and my best Cotton Candy Champagne Cocktail recipe is quick, easy and fun. I think it looks pretty to have each glass filled with a big pouf of cotton candy before your guests arrive – the pop of pink goodness adds to the festive decor and helps set the mood for this decadent drink. I was able to find ‘gourmet’ cotton candy at a local candy store so it contains no artificial colors and is made with real strawberries; I think the swirled pink and white adds to the prettiness of the presentation. Once your guests are ready you simply need to pop open a bottle of your favorite bubbly, pour it on top of the cotton candy and watch it melt in to a sweet, pink cocktail. Enjoy! xx
