Reunited with my favorite pasta in Tuscany! I remembered having this pasts three years ago when I visited our friend’s farmhouse in Tuscany and couldn’t wait to try it again. This time I actually learned that it’s called Pici pasta and is popular in the cooler months because it is quite hearty. I bought a few bags of it to bring home, too! I’m loving the chill in the air and the friendliness of the people here and was especially thrilled to make it back to one of my favorite little walled cities in the area called “San Giminiano”. We had a great day today and I’m excited to share all my adventures with you!
