Last week I attended an event to celebrate the collaboration between jewelry design company Emma J and my sweet friend Dawn McCoy. This just so happens to be Dawn’s birthday month so this event was part jewelry preview, part birthday party! Held at an amazing Beverly Hills location, Citizen 90210 was the perfect sunny patio spot for this girly, glam soiree.
I’m loving the pretty double strand heart and turquoise necklace that Dawn chose especially for me. A portion of each sale of this special collection from Emma J and Dawn McCoy goes to a NO KID HUNGRY, a very important and meaningful charity that you can learn more about at: https://www.nokidhungry.org/
My floral bell-sleeve dress has been on heavy rotation this past week. I wore it up in SF last weekend for a Bar Mitzvah and then once again to Dawn’s party and then headed straight over to Geary’s Beverly Hills for a beautiful holiday cocktail party with floral designer Jeff Leatham. The amazingly coincidental thing is that Jeff is the artistic and floral designer at the George V restaurant I went to on my last night in Paris a few weeks ago!
Dress: Rachel by Rachel Roy – Bag: Henri Bendel – Boots: c/o Dr. Scholls – Necklace: c/o Emma J
My dress is also available in a cream-colored version and is currently 40% off! It’s still available in all sizes and runs a bit big; I’m wearing a size 4 but usually go for a 6 in shorter dresses because of my height so this is definitely a generously-cut size 4. For the Bar Mitzvah I paired it with black tights and black booties and it gave it a completely different, slightly less boho vibe that was perfect for the occasion. xo
