Jacques Pepin’s French Holiday Favorites were tackled by this lovely group yesterday at Sur La Table at LA’s The Grove. Dove and Dawn McCoy of Dine and Dish with Dawn hosted a fun cooking class filled with a bunch of my favorite LA tastemakers. We started off with a quick lesson on the proper way to chop and then went to town on chopping onions for a classic French Onion Soup.
After seasoning our pork tenderloins we started in on a chocolate souffle!
This class was the perfect way to catch up with friends and get in the holiday mood with this fabulous food. Dove provided me with their Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant to try out (I loved it!) and to make sure that I stayed fresh and dry while cooking up a storm at this fun event.
I can’t believe that we’ve only got a little over a week until the holidays. I’m terribly behind in all of my preparations and shopping but enjoying events and parties like this is really the best excuse of all! xoxo
