I bought this lightweight wool draped top during LA Fashion Week from local designer, Inka Sherman’s ‘ism mode‘ line. It’s the perfect shade of taupe and I love the way it drapes. I’m such a bargain shopper that when I buy an investment piece I put a lot of thought into my purchase and this was one of those items for me – a classic, year round color, lightweight warmth and an interesting cut. I can see myself dressing this up or down and loving it more with each wearing. I love supporting local designers and this line produces everything in LA to reduce their carbon footprint and strengthen our local economy, plus all of their knit fabrics are made here in LA using natural and organic fabrics.
Along with this ism mode top, I’m wearing H&M pants, Marciano heels and a thrifted clutch.
