Last week was a crazy, whirlwind of fun in NYC. Most of my time was spent exploring the city on foot, getting more comfortable with the subway, trying new places to eat and catching up with my sweet NYC friends. Finding the Mad Men bench and street sign was a biggie for me. I handed a stranger my phone to take this shot and she did a great a job capturing me and Don Draper! From the Style Coalition awards to showroom visits to finally feeling strong enough to visit Ground Zero, this was an amazing trip and I’m more in love with the city than ever before. I’ll be expanding on the stories behind these shots in the coming week but for now I’m just anxious to share them with you…

I am looking forward to sharing more about my visit to SmartGlamour with you this week. SmartGlamour is a line of affordable, customizable fashions for all women (sizes xxs – 6x) that are handmade in NYC. I’ll be wearing a dress from this fantastic line at Coachella next weekend, too!
