Hello from NYFW! I’ve lost count of how many seasons I’ve been coming to NY for shows and events but it just keeps getting better. When I first started going to NYFW I went to every single show I could get in to and I loved each and every minute of it. Now that I’ve made friends and so many great business connections here, I tend to focus more on brand parties, events and meetings.
Yesterday was my first full day here and it was a busy one! I’m cutting my trip short this season because I’m going to Hawaii next week so I’m trying to pack as much as I can in to these few days. One of the highlights of my day was a visit to the Eliza J showroom! In addition to previewing their beautiful new dresses for Spring, Lara from Pretty Connected hosted a fun DIY with her new line of camera/bag chain straps that we customized with cute charms.

I also had an amazing Matcha latte at the event which was a great way to warm up; I’m always surprised at how COLD it is here in NYC in February, even when the sun is out.
