I gave this dress a ‘trial run’ last night for a dinner date to see how it would work for this Saturday’s Simply Stylist event in LA – I ordered it from Topshop last week and I’m crazy about it! It’s got just the right amount of stretch without being too clingy and I love the length. I like my ‘bodycon’ dresses to be a little longer and my ‘floaty’ dresses to be a little shorter…
For dinner last night I wore these new-favorite heels and carried an orange Brahmin clutch but I think I’ll need a bigger bag for a full day at Simply Stylist. Since it’s being held at The Grove, I think this palm tree dress will be perfect. I’m also wearing those sunglasses that I wore so much in Puerto Vallarta plus my Braveheart necklace sent to me by King Onye Label.
I’m so excited for Simply Stylist and will be sharing live updates on Twitter and Instagram during the event. I’m also going to a St. Patrick’s Day party this Sunday at a friend’s house and need to figure out some sort of dessert to bring – I love to bake so I’d like to make something special…any ideas??
