Yesterday I attended a media preview event at The Container Store in LA’s historic Farmers Market on Fairfax. This Saturday, August 9th, is the official grand opening of this 20,000 square-foot store which features more than 10,000 multifunctional and innovative products. At the preview event I was treated to lunch and a guided tour of this fabulous, fun, fifth LA location. As my home remodel nears completion, I’m getting anxious to start planning out our decor and all of the fun things like storage solutions, my home office, closet organization plus kitchen and laundry area goodies…
If you’re anywhere near Farmers Market this weekend please check out the festivities at this great new location for The Container Store. There will be prize giveaways every hour on the hour throughout Grand Opening Weekend including $1,000 elfa Space Makeovers on both Saturday and Sunday. The Container Store will also be giving away $10 Store More Cards for the first 100 Social Check-Ins that visit the Prize Table to show their post/tweet! In addition to all of this, The Container Store has partnered up with Step Up and will donate 10% of Grand Opening Weekend sales to this wonderful nonprofit that’s such an important part of our local community.
