Last month I had the opportunity to meet with the Bite Beauty crew at an event during Fashion Week and was able to create my own Bite Beauty custom lipstick at the Bite Lip Bar. Bite is one of my favorite lip brands because of their natural products that are produced without the use of Parabens, Sulfates and Phthalates. This was my first time being involved in the lipstick making process and I loved ever step of it. I was able to chose a shade, decide whether I wanted it to be a matte or sheer finish and then pick from one of several yummy-smelling flavors for my Bite Beauty custom lipstick.
I ended up choosing a deep plum color in a matte finish with a plum scent. Did you notice those trays of lip colors on the racks? They remind me of cookies waiting to be baked…
The Bite Beauty team also sent me home with a cute little pouch that contained a purse-sized mirror and a nice supply of their Lush Lip Wipes. These wipes are the first of their kind and instantly remove lip color and also condition and refresh your lips. I’m especially impressed by Bite Beauty’s commitment to providing lipstick that is high-performance and also healthy enough to eat.
