With the official start of Summer only a few days away, my mood has completely changed and I can’t imagine wearing anything but pretty florals and coy off-the-shoulder ‘Bardot’ dresses for the next 3 months. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite feminine looks here and am narrowing down my top choices to order, including at least one Bardot dress. I think the basic black one from Topshop will become a favorite this season.
This Saturday is opening night at the Hollywood Bowl and I can hardly wait. Concerts at the bowl are one of my absolute favorite Summertime rituals here in LA. This year we haven’t planned any vacations – just finishing up the remodel and then moving back in to the house is taking precedence over any traveling – so I’m determined to make the most out of each concert in our series. In addition to planning dinner, dessert, drinks and table settings for our box I like to dress for the bowl in true LA Summer style which is a mix of boho chic with a glam touch and always a cozy wrap to snuggle up with once the sun sets and temperatures drop.
