What is the latest fashion for fall? Wild, daring and colorful, that’s what! If you like to stand out, you’ll be happy to know that fashion this season is all about being noticed. From t-shirts that feature bold messages across the front to colorful, patterned leggings, these unique pieces are in for the season.
Valentino’s fall line contains a number of brightly colored polka-dot trench coats, tops and skirts, and Roberto Cavalli’s collection features a number of gorgeous, flowing dresses printed with flames, animal prints, and other intricate graphics you might want to check out.
This summer, we saw a lot of trends reminiscent of the 1990s, but fall looks like an even farther trip back to the 1960s. A few modern variations of the classic a-line shift dress were spotted at the Nicolas Ghesquiere for Louis Vuitton fall show, and Gucci gave us some glamorous a-line dresses as well.

Why wait until the holiday season to shine? Gold never goes out of style, but this year, it’s making a major appearance in fall fashion. Metallic purses and tops are big, but if you’re the type who likes to keep your look subtle, you can take part in the trend by adding some gold bangles or earrings to a casual outfit. Or, if you want to really stand out, try combining gold with some of the other trends on this list. Gold looks amazing next to pastels!
