OK!, the world’s leading celebrity magazine, hosted their annual NY Fashion Week celebration at VIP Room in New York City last week and I was delighted to be there. The highly-anticipated event brought celebrities, taste makers and style icons from the world of fashion, film, television and music together in the Meatpacking District. The stylish and newly-engaged author of 365 Style, Nicky Hilton, hosted this special night toasting Fashion Week in the city that never sleeps.
Skechers showcased their latest fashionable collections, Pure-Silk presented guests with samples of their new shaving cream, Boohoo.com (one of my favorites online brands from Manchester) offered gift certificates and coupons for their website, Morgan Taylor Nail Lacquer provided nail embellishments with sparkly polishes to take home, Sobieski Vodka, Bartenura Wines and Myx Moscata provided cocktails while Peroni provided beer. DJ Yo-C kept the music going in to the wee hours and Baked by Melissa cupcakes kept our energy up for this fun night.
So great to see Perez Hilton at this star-studded event which also included Paris Hilton, Kenya Moore (RHOA), Amber Marchese, Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea of (RHONJ), LuAnn DeLesseps (RHONY), Frank, Linda and Melissa Sorrentino (The Sorrentinos), Noelle Reno (Ladies of London), Paula Garces (Devious Maids), Natalie Dreyfuss (The Originals), Kristen Ruhlin (She Wants Me), Ashlee White (Princesses Long Island), Lori Ann Marchese (Game of Crowns), Susanna Paliotta (Game of Crowns) and Christina Milian.
I can’t believe how fast the last week and a half flew by at NYFW. It feels good to be back home but I’m already missing the parties, shows and fun times with friends in NYC. Now it’s time to buckle down, finish up our home remodel and hopefully move back in to the new house soon. Plus, I’m starting to gear up for a major closet overhaul and getting excited for Fall trends including boots, cozy knits and a few new favorites that I brought home with me from NYC.
