Here is another one of my ‘sample sale’ finds from last Saturday’s 6am trip to the Garment District. I got this lavender top for $5 and even though it’s freezing here in LA this week I couldn’t wait to wear it with these lace-up bell bottoms from Forever 21. I usually don’t go all out with a decade theme but I had to pair these jeans with the new top and then the DKNY platforms were a perfect height and I had been wanting to wear them with these rainbow knee hi’s from Sedecca….
My bag is from Lodis and my lavender sunnies are from Ray-Ban. In spite of all this 70’s love today, I’m actually crushing on the 80’s since watching the pilot of The Carrie Diaries this week. Have you seen it? Did it put you in an 80’s mood? Other than a few shoulder-padded jackets I really don’t have much from that decade in my closet – definitely something for me to work on!
