Sharing some of my favorite looks from Tom Ford’s Fall 2015 runway show held for the first time in LA at Milk Studios. I love the relaxed “LA” feel of the Tom Ford fashion show in Los Angeles with it’s mix of patchwork skirts, denim, leather and velvet. How gorgeous does that runway look covered in rose petals? I recently read an article in NY Magazine about Joni Mitchell in Laurel Canyon in the late 1960’s and this collection definitely channels that laid-back feel.
I’m mesmerized by the smoky-eye makeup on the models and those long blue fur coats. Model Daphne Groeneveld opened the show and was followed by Joan Smalls, Anna Ewers, Sasha Luss, Binx Walton and Lindsey Wixson, plus Karlie Kloss, who closed the show. Gigi Hadid, a Tom Ford campaign model, and her sister Bella both walked. The star-studded front row of the Tom Ford fashion show in Los Angeles included Anna Wintour, Julianne Moore, Reese Witherspoon, Neil Patrick Harris, Amy Adams and Elton John.
