New Beauty Products: Five Affordable and Quality Products to Try This Fall

New beauty products to tryExperimenting with new beauty products is one of my favorite things to do, and the fall is a wonderful time to try out a fresh skincare or beauty regimen. This season, we have a lot of highly-rated beauty products to choose from, many of which can be found for affordable prices at your local drug store. Let’s jump right in!

1. Garnier Skin Renew Clinical Dark Spot Overnight Peel
It should go without saying that having a chemical peel done professionally is your best bet if you want to achieve noticeable results. However, Garnier’s Skin Renew promises to brighten your complexion, reduce dark spots, and fix uneven skin tones in as little as four to six weeks. It uses an effective blend of glycolic acid and vitamin C to exfoliate and improve collagen production. The best part is that you can grab yourself a bottle for only $17. When you compare that to the price of a professional chemical peel, it’s easy to see why this product offers more bang for your buck.

If you dye your hair, one of my favorite new beauty products is right up your alley. We fellow dyers know just how frustrating it can be to look in the mirror and see your color fading after just a few short weeks. John Frieda’s Color Refreshing Gloss allows you to brighten up your color and keep your look fresh between professional dye jobs. It comes in six different shades—variations of brunette, blonde, and red—and it can be found for under $10 at your local Target.

3. Lip Exfoliator by e.l.f.
One of my favorite new beauty products can help to combat the chapped, peeling lips that often show up with the dry, brisk fall air. At $3, the Lip Exfoliator by e.l.f. is not only ultra-affordable, but it also helps create the smooth, moisturized lips you’ll need if you want to try out any of this season’s gorgeous new lipstick shades. This product is infused with avocado, grapeseed and jojoba oils, shea butter, and vitamin E, all coming together in harmony to help moisturize your lips as it scrubs off dead skin cells.

4. Dove Advanced Care Deodorant in Caring Coconut
Dove has a number of new beauty products out this season, and the one that caught my attention the most is the Advanced Care Deodorant. Not only does it effectively protect against underarm moisture and odor for up to 48 hours, but it also comes in a yummy coconut scent that will keep you dreaming of beaches and sunny skies all winter long. You can find it at any drugstore for around $5.99.

5. Sally Hansen’s Big Smoky Top Coat
smoky nail polishThis product offers a neat new concept: smoky nails. We all already know the classic popularity of the smoky eye, so it’s interesting to see how that look might translate to nail beauty. This smoky top coat can be used over any polish to create a richer, deeper look. You can find it at Walmart for only $5.99, and that money goes a long way when you consider that you can use this product to change the look of every nail polish you already own.
